Fundación SEUR presents its new image for the project “Caps for a New Life” with the campaign ‘Caps to the Rescue’
Our Markets 19 June 2025
- The campaign has turned caps into superheroes, as their recycling has helped more than 222 boys and girls
- The campaign aims to strengthen the “Caps for a New Life” project and remind everyone that since 2011, Fundación SEUR has collected 8.357 tons of caps and raised €1.451.570,91 for medical treatments
Fundación SEUR has launched its renewed solidarity campaign, “Caps to the Rescue”, reinforcing its commitment to the collection of plastic caps for a good cause. With this campaign, the Foundation introduces a creative concept aimed at educating and raising awareness about the many ways people can contribute. It encourages continued support not only through bottle caps but also by collecting plastic lids from other containers, dispensers, or nozzles.
This idea comes to life with its fresh and original image, featuring a team of very different bottle caps. These caps, acting as superheroes, will fight to help seriously ill children. It also shows which caps people can donate. The campaign has two goals: first, to increase the amount of recycled caps to support more families, and second, to raise public awareness about the importance of their collaboration in these types of initiatives, strengthening the link between responsible recycling and helping vulnerable people.
That's why every cap counts, and every small action can turn into big help for children who need it most. With this, Fundación SEUR highlights the human value of the project. It's not just about recycling; it's about turning solidarity into new opportunities.
"Bottle Caps for a New Life": A Strong Recycling Network with Social Impact
This campaign is part of the "Bottle Caps for a New Life" program, which has seen countless companies and organizations collaborate since its launch in 2011. It has since become one of the largest recycling networks with social aims.
Since then, the new Foundation has collected 8.357 tons of bottle caps. This has translated into 1.451.570,91 euros in aid for 222 children to date, helping them access treatments not covered by public healthcare to improve the quality of life for these children and their families.
