Sylvie Loubaud Appointed Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Chronopost

Chronopost announces the appointment of Sylvie Loubaud as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, effective January1, 2026. She succeeds Franck Philippe, who is now European Sales Director at Geopost. In this role, she joins Chronopost’s Executive Committee and Management Board, alongside two other Executive Vice Presidents and Chairman Benoit Frette.
In this key role, Sylvie Loubaud will ensure that the voice of customers is represented in Chronopost’s strategic projects, working closely with all members of the Executive Committee. As Chronopost’s mission is to make delivery a driver of growth for its customers, her priority will be to strengthen the fundamentals of customer satisfaction and develop innovative, value-creating solutions at the best price point.
To achieve these objectives, Sylvie Loubaud will lead a sales force of 350 sales representatives structured to effectively address the needs of a highly diverse customer base (B2B, B2C, and C2C shippers) and organizations of all sizes (from entrepreneurs to large accounts, including SMEs). With the support of the Marketing and Digital teams, she will ensure continuous strategic alignment between Chronopost’s offerings and services and the evolving expectations of the market.
Sylvie Loubaud, 46, began her professional career at Chronopost in 2000 within the sales department and has steadily progressed through the organization, holding around ten positions that have given her in-depth insight into the challenges faced by all types of clients (SMEs and key accounts alike).
