EVP Human Resources & Corporate Administration 

Marie-Hélène Michon serves as Executive Vice President on Geopost’s Board of Directors, a global leader in parcel delivery, overseeing Human Resources, Governance, Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs since 2020.

With over 30 years at La Poste Groupe, Marie-Hélène has held diverse operational and strategic roles across budgeting, marketing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), operational management, audit and human resources. From 2000 to 2010, she held key positions at Geopost, including leading M&A activities, serving as CEO of Chronopost Belux and overseeing audit, quality and security for the Group.

In 2010, she became Director of Human Resources at Colissimo, a La Poste Groupe subsidiary. From 2014 to 2019, she established and led the human resources division for financial services at La Banque Postale. Returning to Geopost in 2020 as Human Resources Director, Marie-Hélène founded the Compliance Department and expanded her oversight to include all corporate functions. In this role, she has championed Geopost’s ambition to be an employer and partner of choice, driving initiatives such as diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Marie-Hélène holds a European Certificate of Professional Competence in Transport, a Specialised Master’s in Quality Management from E.S.C.P., and a degree from Reims Business School.
