Anonymous surveys contributed to 400,000 employer evaluations, ensuring the objectivity and impartiality of the results.

DPD Poland runs a number of training and development programmes, such as the Akademia Wiedzy (Knowledge Academy), Akademia Talentów (Talent Academy), Rozwijanie na Śniadanie (Development at Breakfast) and Droga do Rozwoju (Road to Development).
