DPD Poland named Forbes' Best Employers for the fifth time

Our Markets 8 September 2025

DPD Poland has been included in Forbes' prestigious list of the Best Employers in Poland for the fifth time. This distinction is a result of the recognition of the company's organisational culture based on values that have a real impact on everyday work and the atmosphere in the company. The company's diverse professional development opportunities and benefits are also appreciated.

The Forbes Best Employers ranking is one of the most important distinctions in the field of human resource management in Poland. Its uniqueness lies in its methodology – the selection is not based on company declarations, but on employee votes. Anonymous surveys contributed to 400,000 employer evaluations, ensuring the objectivity and impartiality of the results.

DPD builds its position on five pillars: people, quality, responsibility, commitment and development. These values translate into, among other things, transparent communication, the development of modern technologies and activities for changing things for better in local communities. Employees appreciate good working conditions, internal cooperation and relations with their superiors. The employees' experience is complemented by a wide range of benefits such as private medical care, group insurance, additional days off based on length of employment, internship awards, holiday benefits and many others. The combination of organisational culture and development opportunities with an attractive benefits package is the driving force behind the organisation, which has been operating in Poland for over 34 years.

"Being in the Forbes ranking for five years in a row is proof of the effectiveness of our strategy and a signal to candidates that DPD Polska is a place that focuses on people, their development, good relations and team diversity. The company's success is primarily due to the entire DPD community – committed and working together to create a strong foundation for the organisation. I am extremely proud that the way our community operates is valued by both our employees and co-workers and is highly ranked in external rankings,"

summarised Marta Westrych-Andrzejczyk, HR Director and Member of the Management Board at DPD Poland

DPD Poland runs a number of training and development programmes, such as the Akademia Wiedzy (Knowledge Academy), Akademia Talentów (Talent Academy), Rozwijanie na Śniadanie (Development at Breakfast) and Droga do Rozwoju (Road to Development). Employees and co-workers also have the opportunity to participate in initiatives to support local communities and the DPD Foundation – flagship charity campaigns such as Akcja Ciacho (Take-a-Cake) and Rodzinny Marszobieg (Family Run), which last year were supported by over 1,000 DPD volunteers each time!
