DPD Poland among diversity leaders according to the 5th edition of the Diversity IN Check survey

Our Markets 10 June 2025

This year's European Diversity Month came to an end at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. During a conference organised by the Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu (Responsible Business Forum), the results of the 5th edition of the prestigious Diversity IN Check survey were announced, which recognises employers who are the most advanced in diversity management and organisational culture openness in Poland. DPD Poland was listed as one of the leaders, which is a testament to our consistency in implementing our diversity strategy.

Our company's presence among the employers recognised in the Diversity IN Check survey is not only a prestigious achievement, but above all proof of the effectiveness of our efforts to promote diversity and inclusiveness. As part of Geopost, we have been consistently implementing a diversity strategy based on global standards and best practices for many years.

DPD Poland regularly monitors progress in this area by conducting employee surveys that not only measure their satisfaction but also allow us to assess the atmosphere in the workplace. This enables us to take specific actions to support the development of an open organisational culture.

"Diversity is not just a trend, but the foundation of modern business. DPD Poland presence among the listed leaders of the Diversity IN Check survey proves that we not only talk about diversity, but also care about it on a daily basis. Our inclusivity measures, which have been subject to a detailed audit, have an impact on team effectiveness, innovation and the working atmosphere. We are an example that diversity brings real benefits to the organisation and its employees. I hope that we will inspire other employers to take initiatives in this area," -

admits Marta Westrych-Andrzejczyk, HR Director and Member of the Management Board at DPD Poland.

Diversity IN Check – how are the best employers assessed?

Diversity IN Check is a tool that allows to assess the maturity of an organisation in terms of diversity management. The assessment process, carried out in cooperation with the PBS Research Agency, is based on international standards such as SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), ISO 26000 and GRI Standards. Each response in the survey questionnaire is meticulously verified by an independent Council of Experts, which includes representatives of organisations such as the Share the Care Foundation, Diversity HUB, the Warsaw School of Economics and the Responsible Business Forum.

The survey covers key areas: diversity support programmes, engagement building, monitoring of performance indicators, and accessibility of products and services. A record number of 104 organisations took part in this year's edition, 75 of which scored enough points to be included in the list of leaders.

Diversity is in our DNA

Our presence on the list of leaders is the result of years of initiatives supporting diversity and openness. In early June we organise ‘Diversity Week’, which includes competitions, webinars, interviews and games promoting the value of diversity. We train managers in generation management and avoiding unconscious bias, which translates into a more open work culture. Our HR strategy supports the building of diverse teams that are more creative and effective.

Why does diversity matter?

The announcement of the results of the 5th edition of Diversity IN Check is not only an opportunity to recognise the best employers, but above all a moment to reflect on how diversity is changing the Polish labour market, including how the expectations of candidates and employees are changing.

Our company's presence among the leaders in diversity shows that diversity management is not just a matter of declarations, but above all of concrete actions that bring real results, in line with our mission of being an Employer of Choice.
