Geopost joins the #StOpE initiative to strengthen its commitment against everyday sexism
Sustainability28 January 2026
On 22 January 2026, Geopost formally signed the #StOpE act of engagement, joining a collective of more than 300 organisations committed to preventing and reducing everyday sexism at work. The ceremony took place at the Bibliothèque nationale de France in Paris, in the presence of both long-standing and new signatories, as well as representatives from the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD), which coordinates the initiative.
A collective effort to drive change
The #StOpE initiative provides a structured framework to help organisations address everyday sexism through awareness, training, measurement, and concrete actions. Launched in 2018 and coordinated by the AFMD since 2021, it now gathers 40 new organisations including Geopost, reflecting a growing mobilisation across sectors. Since 2021, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programme has been advancing our Employer of Choice ambition, with a strong focus on gender parity, professional equality and respect in the workplace. This signature reinforces our existing actions by addressing one of the root causes of gender inequalities: everyday behaviours and stereotypes which, when left unchallenged, can lead to bias and unequal treatment.
A commitment aligned with Geopost’s values
By joining #StOpE, Geopost reinforces its ambition to be an Employer of Choice and strengthens its commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion. This commitment is grounded in a clear reference framework, including our Code of Conduct and our Human Rights Policy, which set a zero-tolerance principle towards sexist, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour.
“A respectfulworkplaceisbuiltdeliberately, throughclear standards and everyday leadership. By signing the #StOpE act of engagement, we at Geopost are reinforcing a core HR conviction: inclusion, dignity and trust are not add‑ons to performance, theyformit.” said Marie-Hélène Michon, EVP - Human Resources & Corporate Administration, who attended the ceremony.
Loïc Bonhoure, EVP, Finance & Acquisitions, was also present at the ceremony and signed the #StOpE Charter on behalf of Geopost. He emphasised the importance of collective leadership in driving lasting change: “Everyday sexism often hides in habits, language and behaviours that go unchallenged, yet it shapes how people feel at work and whether they see a future for themselves. By joining the #StOpE collective, we choose to address these issues head‑on, alongside organisations that see respect and inclusion as drivers of long‑term value.”
Our commitments as a new signatory
As part of the #StOpE act of engagement, Geopost will contribute to the collective effort through a range of actions, including:
promoting zero tolerance for sexist behaviour;
raising awareness among employees through information and educational tools;
supporting employees affected by sexist behaviour;
implementing annual actions and reporting progress;
participating in #StOpE working groups and sharing best practices.
Geopost is proud to join this initiative and contribute to collective progress toward more inclusive workplaces.
