We recently hosted our second Innovation Morning, a celebration of our tech-driven vision. This unique event highlighting in-person energy and know-how brought together employees, visionaries and innovators to explore ideas reshaping the future of parcel delivery.

The day began with an exclusive interview with CEO Yves Delmas who discussed how innovation underpins our mission to deliver value and align with strategic goals. Sébastien Lacombe, Director of Innovation and Chief Data Officer, then led a dynamic tribute to Geopost Lab’s one-year milestone, showcasing achievements and collaborations with partners like Vivatech, sparking discussion on its future impact.

A thought-provoking segment, "Opening Our Minds: Envisioning the Changes Ahead," invited participants to explore trends, customer connections and service shifts. The "Shaping Tomorrow’s Solutions" roundtable featured insights on e-shopping trends and AI potential, including software for locker systems and a new AI-powered tool preview.

A dynamic roundtable spotlighted select innovative projects developed locally and that are being rolled out to more businesses across Geopost. Such good practice sharing around innovation demonstrates the technical expertise we have in-house.

We celebrated the winners of our Innovation Scaler winners with standout pitches highlighting initiatives that can predict trends and monitor energy – these initiatives spotlight our internal talent. Finally Hugues de Maussion, EVP Chief Information Officer, closed with an inspiring message on our collective passion around innovation.
