Jadlog wins the Reclame Aqui 2025 Award

The company ranked first in the Large Transport and Logistics Operations category

Jadlog, one of the leading carriers of less-than-truckload and e-commerce cargo, won the Reclame Aqui 2025 Award in the Large Transport and Logistics Operations category. This is the third time the company has won the country's most prestigious award for reputation, customer service and experience. The carrier received over 37,000 votes and led the popular vote among the companies nominated in the category.

Jadlog's nomination for the award was due to the high response rate and solutions presented to customer queries on the Reclame Aqui platform, and the positive average rating for customer service. It is worth noting that Jadlog has held the RA1000 Seal since June 2025, awarded to companies that demonstrate a commitment to after-sales service and consumer satisfaction.

The Reclame Aqui 2025 Award, now in its 15th year, had more than 2,000 companies registered and almost 30 million votes counted.
