Today’s e-shoppers value control and convenience. Our e-shopper barometer, surveying 24,000 consumers across 22 countries, shows that 82% use multiple delivery locations, with OOH options like parcel shops and lockers gaining traction. Geopost’s network of 132,000 pickup points—34,000 lockers and 98,000 parcel shops—offers solutions like shop-to-shop services and fitting rooms for instant try-ons. “Our solutions provide unmatched convenience,” says Clément, “allowing consumers to collect parcels on their terms.” 

 

Why OOH Matters 

OOH delivery supports today's GenZ consumers’ fluid shopping habits, with 26% of regular e-shoppers belonging to this demographic. Features like real-time tracking and next-day delivery are essential, and our hybrid network ensures seamless experiences for consumers and SMEs alike. “We’re building a delivery ecosystem for the future of retail,” confirms Clément.
