DPD Poland distinguished in the ranking of the 50 Best Polish Employers of the weekly magazine "Wprost"

DPD Poland was ranked among the 50 Best Polish Employers by the weekly magazine "Wprost". This is already the 4th edition of the ranking, in which the top 50 were selected from among 500 questionnaires filled in by companies operating in Poland, which constitute a group of the best employers in Poland.

The evaluation and selection of the 50 laureates took place on the basis of a questionnaire sent to and filled in by representatives of the companies invited to the ranking. The questions in this year's questionnaire concerned pay issues, the number of employees employed and employee turnover. Similarly to last year's edition, a lot of attention was paid to the issues of employment and helping others. According to the jury's assessment, DPD Polska was ranked 27th in the overall list, being the second best-rated Transport and Logistics company.

"We are happy that the organisational culture we create has been recognised in the Wprost Weekly Ranking. We believe that it is the people, team spirit and mutual trust that are the foundation of our company. At every stage of building communication with our employees, we focus on their needs, suggestions and questions. In this way, we not only build an open and inclusive workplace, but also bring support and assistance to those who need it most."

comments Marta Westrych-Andrzejczyk, HR director and board member at DPD Poland.

DPD Poland has been organising and joining relief efforts since the first days of the war in Ukraine. It was demonstrated, among others, by the humanitarian collection "Together for Ukraine", which DPD supported through the Federation of Polish Food Banks. The company was also involved in other initiatives to help people affected by the war, offering logistical support. For those experiencing mental crisis, anxiety or helplessness, DPD Poland provided professional psychotherapeutic support, also in Ukrainian.
