- miSEUR+ allows users to receive their orders in a single delivery, regardless of the carrier, and to choose the day and the exact two-hour slot until 8:00 pm.
- This new solution, in pilot phase and promoted by SEUR Now, will be available for 63 zip codes located within the M-40 in Madrid.
SEUR, the leader in express delivery in Spain, has launched a new pilot service, miSEUR+, as part of the HelloDPD program of Geopost, a leading logistics group in Europe to which SEUR belongs. This new solution offers a flexible response to online consumers, allowing them to group several orders from different companies into a single delivery.
miSEUR+ is designed so that all of an online buyer's orders, regardless of the carrier that initially handles them, can be deposited at a SEUR point so that, after grouping them together, a single weekly delivery can be made on the same day and in the 2-hour period chosen by the customer.
This service, which is in a pilot phase, and which will be carried out through SEUR's super-urgent delivery division, SEUR Now, will be available at addresses in 63 post codes in Madrid located within the radius of the capital's M-40 ring road. This service will be available through two subscription models: a standard one and a premium one.
The first one, the standard model, includes a weekly delivery, with storage in the miSEUR+ store for fifteen days and up to ten packages stored per month. The premium model, on the other hand, includes all of the above advantages and increases the number of orders stored to thirty per month and includes two extra deliveries. Furthermore, miSEUR+ will be a sustainable service, as it avoids having to make several trips to deliver several orders to the same address, which consolidates SEUR as a benchmark in its sector in terms of environmental protection.
In the words of Karen Thouret, Head of Digital, E-commerce and Customer Experience at SEUR,
"With miSEUR+ we are taking another step forward in our goal to improve our users' experience with SEUR. E-shoppers demand flexibility and we have responded with a solution designed so that they can optimize their time to the maximum. In addition, with this solution we also contribute to decarbonization, reducing travel, while at the same time speeding up and making delivery more efficient".
SEUR Now, the reliable division adapted to customers' needs
miSEUR+ will be available through SEUR Now, the super-urgent and two-hour delivery division from Monday to Friday, which operates from more than 30 hubs (its own and subcontracted) distributed in different Spanish cities such as Madrid, Seville and Cordoba, among others.
These small logistics hubs make SEUR Now a symbol of efficiency, given that in 2021 alone more than one million deliveries were made with SEUR Now, with 99% effectiveness within the determined time slot.
Likewise, with SEUR Now, the delivery made will be sustainable. This service already has almost 100% of its fleet with zero or low emissions and aims to reach a 50% electric fleet by 2023, operating in the main Spanish cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Pamplona, Coruña, Gijón, San Sebastián, Zaragoza, Vitoria, Málaga, Seville and Bilbao, with plans to expand to more cities in Spain in the near future.
