SEUR launches Shop2Shop, the new solution for shop to shop delivery between private customers

Recent years have seen the emergence of new consumer profiles, mostly millennials, who value the convenience of sending items from one point to another quickly and without fuss, but who are also more conscious of their impact on the environment.
With these paradigm shifts in mind, SEUR is working to understand its customers and offer tailored services that meet their needs. That’s why the company is launching Shop2Shop, a new service for shop to shop delivery between private consumers that aims to offer a simple, sustainable and more affordable experience.
To do this, the company is building on its Pickup network, with more than 3,000 points in Spain and 50,000 across Europe, which will be available to users to drop off and collect their parcels when and where they choose, including weekends.
This new solution also aims to improve the user experience, with an easier sign-up process at seur.com, a design that’s 100% tailored to mobile environments and no need to print off labels. Senders generate a QR Code that they can use to drop off the parcel at their chosen Pickup shop.
Thanks to this delivery method, designed partly to respond to the demand for parcel delivery via the popular marketplaces of the circular economy, users will benefit from a service that’s fully flexible, allowing them to choose both the location for drop-off of the parcel and the time of day.
Additionally, as part of SEUR’s goal to be the most sustainable company in the sector, this new service also aims to reduce the impact on the planet to a minimum, with a saving of 63% in Co2 emissions per parcel, thanks to the reduction in collections and deliveries from and to the homes of each customer.
For greater security, Shop2Shop also provides traceability and tracking of the delivery from drop-off, which can be done within 24 to 48 hours in Spain, and at a more affordable price, suitable for all types of pouch, starting at €5.40 +VAT.
Finally, as part of DPDgroup, Europe’s largest shipping network, the service, which is already available for deliveries within Spain and to other European countries such as Portugal, France and Germany, will be expanded in the coming months to include other international destinations.
