SEUR awarded with the prize Best Service of the Year 2023 for its services

The recognition, granted by the retail specialist “Comercio del año”, is the result of a survey in which 8,500 consumers from all over Spain participated

 

SEUR, the leading company in express transport in Spain, has received the prize Best Service of the Year 2023 in the “Courier and Parcel” category in the contest organized by 'Comercio del año’. Through the largest online consumer survey in Spain, in which 8,500 users from all over the country have participated, satisfaction with brands has been measured and it has been determined that SEUR is the company preferred by customers when making their shipments.

Karen Thouret, head of Digital, eCommerce and Customer Experience at SEUR, points out that:

"Being recognized by consumers as a brand of excellence in the provision of parcel and courier services is not only an honor, but the fruit of the demand and commitment of all SEUR employees towards our customers. An award that we dedicate to all those who are part of our company".

SEUR already has the seal of Best Service of the year 2023  

Throughout this year, SEUR will have in its digital channels the seal of Best Service of the Year 2023. In this sense, the seal provides a differential value that allows SEUR to differentiate itself from other companies while being a symbol of trust and quality for current and potential customers.

The award recognizes, therefore, the wide range of specific and personalized services offered by SEUR; from SEUR frío, the solution for shipments of fresh products at controlled temperature, to the Out of Home solutions, aimed at covering the e-commerce segment with the Pickup network at the head, which currently has more than 4,000 points between convenience stores and lockers . An option that allows the user to pick up their package whenever and wherever they want, even on weekends and that reduces CO2 emissions associated with last mile services by 63%.

In this sense, the emissions reduction and protection of the planet is part of SEUR’s  sustainability strategy, launched since 2013, and whose objective is to make the most sustainable company in the transport and logistics sector through actions, among others, such as implementing a distribution by 2025 with low emission vehicles in 64 Spanish cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants. An initiative that will involve a reduction of around 85% of CO2 emissions in these cities and that will have a direct impact on 17 million inhabitants throughout Spain.
