The Leaders in Logistics Summit brings together more than 600 logistics professionals from leading postal operators, retailers, third-party logistics providers and startups from around the world.

This year the two-day event takes place at the World Trade Centre in Barcelona on March 12th and 13th.

Carmen Cureu, Market Research Director, and Hervé Crochet, Group Head of Sales, will headline a keynote session on March 12th at 11:45 CET. Their presentation delves deep into the insights of e-shoppers' behaviours, exploring topics such as C2C dynamics, out-of-home delivery, and more. 

Joining the dialogue, Thiemo van Spellen, Global Accounts Managing Director Europe, features in a panel discussion on March 12th at 12:25 CET. The panel, themed "Balancing Customer Convenience with Cost and Sustainability," will discuss consumer preferences and priorities, including the quest for affordable, convenient, and eco-friendly returns innovations, alongside out-of-home delivery solutions.

On March 13th at 15:35 CET, Dominique Mamcarz, Sustainability Director, takes part in a panel discussion centred on "Progressing Towards a Greener Future: What Are the Next Steps?". Alongside fellow thought leaders, they explore critical topics such as the roadmap to achieving net-zero emissions, the efficacy of sustainability initiatives, the transition to fleet electrification, supply chain transparency, and the adoption of sustainable packaging practices.
