DPD Portugal, the leading company in the domestic express transport market, once again sees the quality of its services distinguished by winning two awards: the Consumer Choice Award and the Five Star Award.

This is the second consecutive year that DPD Portugal has been elected the number 1 Portuguese brand in the “Parcel Delivery” category by ConsumerChoice, the company responsible for the Consumer Choice evaluation system, having obtained an overall preference rating of 82% of the Portuguese.

Regarding the Five Star Award, the brand's Pickup network now has its ninth consecutive year of recognition in the “Parcel Delivery in Nearby Stores” category, having achieved an overall satisfaction rate of 80.9%, among more than 1,000 respondents.

Currently, DPD Portugal has a network of 1,500 Pickup parcel shops and lockers to facilitate the delivery of online orders and the convenience of consumers, preventing them from having to be at home to receive their parcels, giving the option of choosing the location (store or locker) , the most convenient day and time to pick up their orders. This service reaches at least 95% of the Portuguese population within a distance of less than 15 minutes from one of these points, available from north to south of the country.
